We create structured processes and CP and CPK analyses, optimize details for mass production, and advise you on the best plastic for your specific application, including biobased and/or biodegradable materials. On request, we create prototypes and supply fill and deformation analyses (Moldflow).
We work with long-standing partners in Switzerland, Italy and China for mold making. For prototypes and test molds, on the other hand, we rely on our own workshop. This allows us to offer you cost- and performance-optimized solutions, always tailored to your needs.
We produce on 15 Arburg injection molding machines with a clamping force from 35 to 220 tons. Maintenance and any mold corrections are carried out by the technicians in our workshop. We only work with certified materials from selected suppliers. A Keyence VR3200 3D macroscope enables us to perform high-precision quality control and metrological inspections. Mechanical post-production, small parts assembly, ultrasonic welding and pad printing complete our portfolio of services.
We can deliver orders on call from our warehouse (Kanban and Fifo) in a very short time. We transport your goods to any desired location, even for small batches, in order to allow you to always have a well-stocked warehouse. For deliveries in the vicinity of our location, we have our own truck. Of course, we provide all the necessary documents for customs clearance.
