Design / Mould Shop In the course of the construction of dies, the technologies employed cover the entire field of plastics, both as a material and for moulding. Particular attention is given to the finishing, so as to assure a perfect thermoregulation as well as a high degree of reliability. In our search for perfection we are, today more than ever, in the position to apply advanced techniques to the planning and execution of 3-D objects. |
Manufacturing The thermoplastic department is equipped with the most modern injection machines for applications up to 250 T, controlled; by microprocessor systems so as to guarantee a consistent optimisation of the working parameters, thereby assuring finished products of the highest quality. The organisation of department permits great flexibility in production as well as continuing technological research programmed for each individual application. We also offer the assembly of small devices, ultrasonic welding, padprint and serigraphic works. |
